This document presents a curated list of key publications and technical products developed by the WHO Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCI) Unit from 1978 to 2023. These resources reflect WHO’s sustained efforts to promote the safe, effective, and evidence-informed integration of traditional medicine (TM) into global health systems. The list includes landmark documents such as the WHO Traditional Medicine Strategies (2002–2005 and 2014–2023), training benchmarks for various TM systems (e.g., Ayurveda, Unani, Tuina, Acupuncture), and guidelines on quality assurance, pharmacovigilance, good manufacturing practices, and research methodologies. The publications also address legal status, national policies, consumer information, and global surveys on TM use. Together, these technical resources serve as foundational tools to support Member States in developing regulatory frameworks, practitioner education, and public health integration of TM, aligning with the principles of universal health coverage and primary health care.
