To support the establishment of the WHO Global Centre for Traditional Medicine, the World Health Organization commissioned a global policy review analyzing how Member States integrate traditional, complementary, alternative, and/or integrative medicine into their national health systems. Conducted by Global Health Insights in collaboration with WHO, this review examined governance documents from 67 Member States across all six WHO regions. The findings are presented in an interactive map, categorized using an adapted version of the WHO Global Core Indicator Framework for Traditional and Complementary Medicine. The categories include governance, financing, institutions, products, practitioners, information systems, service delivery, and quality assurance. This resource offers a global snapshot of national-level policies and governance mechanisms related to traditional and complementary medicine. Attendees are invited to scan the QR code to explore the interactive map and gain deeper insights into global policy landscapes.
